The company is led by intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, empowering products with ultra-high process standards, exploring the upgrade of traditional manufacturing with IoT factories, relying on digital system platforms such as intelligent monitoring MES and high-end, precision, and environmentally friendly large-scale production equipment, providing an important hardware foundation for the company to produce high-quality products. At the same time, introducing lean production mode, comprehensively improving on-site management level, greatly enhancing production efficiency and product quality.

Qixing currently has a production workshop area of 52866m2, with a total investment of over 60 million yuan. It has introduced 14 SMT automated production lines, 10 automatic plug-in production lines, and invested in more than 100 self-developed Qixing intelligent collaborative robots, engaged in welding, spraying, plug-in, assembly and other processes. Relying on ERP data analysis and MES manufacturing execution system, we aim to promote process facilitation and intelligence, create a more efficient manufacturing system, and achieve the goal of smart factories.
